Adex Arc:

I recently picked up the Adex Arc to bridge a gap in my heavy club and mace training. What's really cool about it is that the unique handle length generates some serious mace-like torque, even when I'm using it for club movements. Plus, it's still short enough that I don't have to worry about smashing my feet! I've also found that you can use 3D-printed Adjusta-Bell spacers to extend the Arc to a standard mace length, which is a plus. I'm really pumped to see how the Arc transforms my training in the coming year!

Add-On Kit:

To boost the Club/Arc's versatility even further, I also got the Ad-On Kit. This kit includes two sleeves, a 5lb and a 15lb, that can bump the total weight of the Club, Arc, or Mace up to 50lbs. That's a serious amount of weight and should definitely keep me challenged for years of strength training to come!
